Managing and scheduling posts on social media platforms,Creating and curating engaging content for our audience,Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and trends,Interacting with our audience through comments, messages, and direct engagement,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies,Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assisting in the development and implementation of social media campaigns,Providing regular reports on social media performance and insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools

🛠️ Keahlian

Social media management tools (e.g.HootsuiteSprout Social)Graphic design software (e.g.Adobe PhotoshopCanva)Content creation and editing tools (e.g.Adobe Premiere ProFinal Cut Pro)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web content creationMultilingual skills (Indonesian and English) are a plus
