📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's telesales operations.,Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information and resolving queries.,Update customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.,Assist in setting up and managing telesales campaigns.,Monitor and report on telesales performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in training new telesales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the telesales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good computer literacy, particularly in using CRM software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.,Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
