📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in leadership and management is a plus.
