📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise the branch staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet branch targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive work environment.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the electronics industry or a similar field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in sales and marketing is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
