📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments and evaluations to ensure patients are ready for surgery.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer pre-operative medications and monitor vital signs closely.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure all necessary preparations are made for the procedure.
• Educate patients and their families on pre-operative instructions and post-operative care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a POC Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
