Fresh Local Jaya is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle front desk transactions, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Monitor and secure the front desk area and common areas.,Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or receptionist roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional appearance and demeanor.
