📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training and development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure the right talent is hired.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
