Toko Hendra Laundry is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth operation in our laundry business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash and electronic payments securely.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
