📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
