📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
