📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and medication dispensing.
  • Ensure the safety and quality of medications by following strict protocols and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and consultations to patients regarding their medication needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training for the team.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues related to the pharmacy services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
