Toko Bangunan Budi Auto Service is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and able to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the company owner to ensure that the restaurant is profitable and contributing to the overall success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant, including increasing sales and revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.,Experience with remote management and the ability to use technology to communicate and collaborate with team members and customers.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
