📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and lead sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance team cohesion and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for business development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality or sales industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Previous experience working in Bali or the hospitality industry is a plus.
