📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services, minimizing downtime and disruptions.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT solutions into university operations.,Monitor and evaluate IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions for the university.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and management.,Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with university IT operations and systems is a plus.,Certifications in IT management and relevant technologies are a plus.
