📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to contract execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulations.
