📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to optimize these to reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to travel as needed.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
