📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in managing the sales team by providing training, coaching, and support.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Promote products and services to potential customers through various channels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
