📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training.,Assist in the development and implementation of store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.,Must be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
