Navigate the vessel safely and efficiently,Manage and supervise the crew,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols,Plan and execute voyage routes and schedules,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems,Handle emergencies and crises effectively,Communicate with shore-based authorities and other vessels,Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in good condition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid Captain's License,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with navigation systems and software,Good physical health and fitness
