As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end construction of our luxury retail stores, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to bring our vision to life in locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of luxury retail stores across Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the retail experience aligns with our brand vision.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and the executive team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail or commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with luxury retail construction standards and best practices.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Experience working in Bali or other tropical locations is a significant advantage.
