📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to employees, including answering HR-related queries and resolving HR issues.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Support the HR team in conducting HR audits and monitoring compliance with HR policies and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in managing the HR department's daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
