🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the operations management field.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
