📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials and promotional displays.,Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software and sales tools.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
