Berkah Tono Store is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and wants to make a difference. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in keeping our operations running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and usage to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including fuel, oil changes, and other necessary services.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage.,Provide support and training to new drivers as needed.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or needed repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
