📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel for training and development activities.
