📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all IT activities and issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network devices.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
