📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in store maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
