📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve performance and customer service skills.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or automotive service environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
