📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and engagement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
