📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily delivery operations, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with our quality standards.,Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle, ensuring that it is in good working condition and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.,Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.,Monitor and track delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all deliveries are made in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns that arise.,Continuously seek out opportunities to improve our delivery operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a delivery driver or similar role.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Excellent knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate using GPS or maps.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with delivery management software and systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as needed.,Commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic.
