PT Ratu Sawit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
