📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of banking facilities, including ATMs, branches, and other equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Inspect and test equipment to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of banking facilities or similar environments.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety standards are a plus.
