PT Permata Antar is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for quality and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand and adhere to production standards.,Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management as required.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and increase efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
