Hotel Rama Mart is seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service. This is a remote position based in Jakarta, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests.,Manage cash and credit card transactions securely.,Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Willingness to work remotely and travel occasionally.
