📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
