📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production team members.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Proficient in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
