📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure the branch adheres to health, safety, and security protocols.,Lead and participate in training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
