Den Root Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
