📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to Volvo customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist customers with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service needs.,Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose issues to provide accurate and timely recommendations.,Maintain and update customer records and service histories.,Promote and upsell additional services and products to customers.,Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Volvo models, features, and technologies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive customer service or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Volvo vehicles and their features.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
