📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the performance of our data center servers, ensuring that they are always running at optimal levels
• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure that our backup and disaster recovery systems are always in place and functioning properly
• Monitor and respond to any security threats or vulnerabilities in our data center
• Work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are always up-to-date and secure
• Provide technical support to our IT team and other departments as needed
• Ensure that our data center is always compliant with industry regulations and best practices
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Center Operator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems, such as Veeam or Commvault
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA, are a plus
