📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life for residents of Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the design and execution of poverty alleviation programs, including education, healthcare, and economic empowerment initiatives.
• Collaborate with local governments, non-profit organizations, and international partners to create and execute comprehensive poverty alleviation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of poverty alleviation programs to ensure they are effective and sustainable.
• Advocate for policies and programs that empower communities and foster sustainable development in Bangka Belitung.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated professionals working in the poverty alleviation division.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government at national and international forums to promote the province's poverty alleviation efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in social sciences, economics, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in poverty alleviation, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful poverty alleviation programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government policies, regulations, and procedures related to poverty alleviation.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
