As a Field Collection Specialist, your daily tasks will include visiting clients' homes and businesses to discuss outstanding debts, negotiate repayment plans, and follow up on collections. You'll use our in-house collection software, such as Jago Collections System, to track and manage your cases efficiently. With 2-5 years of experience in collections or related fields, you'll bring a customer-centric approach to our team, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct direct field collections by visiting clients' homes and businesses to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate repayment plans.
• Utilize the Jago Collections System to track and manage collection cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and cooperation to facilitate debt recovery.
• Adhere to Bank Jago's strict compliance standards, including data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the collections team and management on the status of cases and overall performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and credit analysis, to resolve complex cases and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in collections, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in collections and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with collection software and systems, such as Jago Collections System, is a plus.
