As an IT QA Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and managing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that software applications meet the required quality standards. You'll work closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that the final product is robust, reliable, and meets the needs of end-users.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software applications meet quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that software applications are tested thoroughly and meet business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders on the progress of testing activities.
• Ensure that all testing activities are completed within the specified timeframes and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on IT QA.
• Proven experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
