📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and network devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently.
Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
Document and maintain accurate records of all IT activities and issues.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network devices.
Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
