📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Visit farms and agribusiness partners to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to farmers and agribusiness partners.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
• Participate in the Field Sales Development Program, including training sessions and mentorship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural products and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
