📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the playground, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of playground staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the playground area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of playground activities with overall resort operations.
• Monitor and report on playground performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and participate in team-building activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve playground operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with playground equipment and maintenance.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
