📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following food safety guidelines.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment.,Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients to support production needs.,Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet daily production targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional growth.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
