Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various positions within the Sales and Corporate Functions teams,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best candidates,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
