📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and maintain mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource extraction and management.
• Utilize mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to mining activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental management practices.
• Experience with mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
