📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems like SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and reporting low stock items.
• Promote sales and upsell products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
